Shipping
We do not ship overseas from our website, but if you go to our Etsy store, we do offer international shipping there. XP Forge Etsy Store
It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed ready to ship within 3 - 5 Business days. Delivery will take 5 to 7 business days, but USPS is experiencing delays periodically. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use USPS, UPS, and Ascendia for our international shipments.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Custom or Clearance Items are Not Eligible for returns.
